Aaron Rodgers Sells His Green Bay Area Home (Photos)
Green Bay Packers superstar QB Aaron Rodgers is entering his 13th NFL season and 10th as the Green Bay starter. Rodgers was originally drafted all the way back in 2005, later assuming the starting mantle in 2008, after the Packers elected to move on from Brett Favre.
Rodgers’ incredible résumé includes 297 passing TD’s, 25 rushing TD’s, amid only 72 career interceptions. The now 33-year-old is the owner of two league MVP’s and one Super Bowl MVP, after leading the Packers to a Super Bowl XLV victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Since arriving in the state of Wisconsin in 2005, the Northern California native has spent the football season living in a 4,000-square-foot home, located in the Green Bay suburb of Suamico. Back in March, Rodgers sold the property for $425,000.
Located 10 miles straight north of Lambeau Field and the Packers adjacent practice fields, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom pad also features a finished basement and gas fireplaces.
