The Bay Area Scene Surrounding The NBA Finals
Friday marks the first of two consecutive off days, between Games 1 and 2 of the 2015 NBA Finals. Below is a look at what has been taking place around the San Francisco Bay Area, in the period before and now after the Warriors overtime victory on Thursday.
During the Bay Area opening portion of the finals, the Cavaliers are calling the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco home (pictured upper right). Located on Market Street, in the heart of downtown San Francisco, the Four Seasons stands 16 miles across the Bay Bridge from Oracle Arena and 1 mile north of AT&T Park.
Wednesday night, LeBron James had dinner at the Park Tavern restaurant, in SF's North Beach neighborhood. The eating establishment is found 1 mile north of the Four Seasons.
Friday, both teams participated in media availabilities at the Oracle Arena in Oakland. LeBron James and Stephen Curry each spoke to the media.

Curry and his teammates also worked out in their home building.
Many members of the Warriors organization, as well as NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, appeared at the Ossian E. Carr branch of the Boys & Girls Club, on behalf of NBA Cares. The Carr facility is located two miles east of the arena, in east Oakland.
