25 games into his rookie campaign, Brown is averaging 5.6 points, 2.0 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game, coming off the bench for Boston (Brown has started 3 games this season). The 20-year-old Atlanta area native played one season of college ball at Cal, where he earned Pac-12 Freshman of the Year honors. Brown was selected with the third pick in last June’s draft.
Prior to his stop in Northern California, Brown led Joseph Wheeler High School (Marietta, Georgia) to the Georgia state title.
