Chris Webber's Critical Comments Regarding Kevin Love & The Cavs

Chris Webber on The Herd With Colin CowherdWhat was initially thought to be a dream season for the Cleveland Cavaliers, with LeBron James returning home to lead the highly touted trio of he, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love, has turned into the exact opposite, thus far. Cleveland struggled out of the gate, before appearing to get things together in late November and early December, winning 8 straight. Of late though, the team is once again not playing well, losing 6 of 7 and 10 of their last 13 (James missed 8 games during stretch). Going into Friday, the Cavs sit at 20-20, good for 6th place in the East.

Two of the team's most glaring issues involve Love not seeming to be a fit in Cleveland and whether he will re-sign with the franchise, after the Cavs traded top pick Andrew Wiggins to the Timberwolves, in the deal that brought Love to Cleveland.

First year coach David Blatt's ability to lead this team has also come into question.

Earlier this week, former NBA star and current TNT/NBATV analyst Chris Webber was a guest on ESPN Radio's “The Herd with Colin Cowherd” discussing the myriad of Cavs problems.

One of Webber's most interesting points focused on teams not respecting Love's defense and how Love needs to learn how to play on a winning team.
