Durant and Thompson Talking Major Trash To Drake After Game 2 | Video
By Jon Rapoport
Sunday night, the Golden State Warriors evened the 2019 NBA Finals at 1-1, thanks to a 109-104 victory over the Toronto Raptors. After trailing Toronto during much of the first half, Golden State stormed out of the locker-room in the third quarter, outscoring the Eastern Conference champs by a 34-21margin.
The Warriors ultimately came out on top despite losing Klay Thompson to an injured hamstring, during the fourth quarter.
In the minutes after the game’s conclusion, an injured Thompson, along with an already injured Kevin Durant (calf strain) unloaded some serious trash talk on Raptors superfan Drake.
Below is a look at the exchange, which occurred in the backstage tunnels of Scotiabank Arena, the Raptors’ downtown Toronto home venue.
