While in the midst of their current early season, four-game California road trip, the Memphis Grizzlies recently encountered a fairly bizarre scheduling quirk, when the schedule makers slotted two separate visits to Los Angeles, with a game at Sacramento in between. Memphis' present travel itinerary features LA-Sacramento-LA-Golden State. Welcome to life in the NBA!

The Grizzlies' LA portion of the journey turned out to be perfectly successful, after impressive wins against the Lakers on Friday and Clippers on Monday.
