Goran Dragic Buys A Nice Miami Waterfront House (Photos)
A little more than a year ago, lefty point guard Goran Dragic arrived in Miami, after being traded from the Suns to the Heat, as part of a three-team deadline deal. Last summer, Dragic cemented his desire to remain with the Heat long term, upon inking a five-year/$90 million contract. Dragic has posted 13.9 points and 5.9 assists per game, during his first season in South Florida.
With an abundance of guaranteed riches coming his way, the 29-year-old Slovenian recently became the proud owner of a $7 million Miami mansion, located on the western shores of Biscayne Bay, one mile east of Miami’s trendy Design District.
The 6,500-square-foot Goran Dragic house features 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a wine cellar, outdoor kitchen and pool. The property’s 120 feet of private waterfront provides picturesque views of both the bay and downtown Miami.
The Dragic pad is 3 miles straight north of American Airlines Arena and 5 miles west of the Miami Beach coastline.
