Kawhi Leonard Owns Two Unbelievable Pieces Of SoCal Real Estate | Photos
Earlier this week, iFolloSports.com provided a tour of Kawhi Leonard’s luxurious downtown Los Angeles condo. While the undisputed NBA superstar calls the $6.725 million pad home, during the basketball season, the Southern California native will be spending his upcoming offseasons about 100 miles south of Staples Center.
With a new three-year/$103 million contract in hand (just completed a $90 million deal) Leonard is now the proud owner of a 13,000-square-foot mansion, set amongst five acres of land in the ritzy north San Diego County city of Rancho Santa Fe, California.
The $13.3 million Tuscan-style abode features 7 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, a gym, home theater, wet bar, dry bar, wine vault with tasting room and multiple offices.
The outdoor portions of the property include a pool, raised spa, fire pit, waterfall and tennis/sport court.
The super affluent community of Rancho Santa Fe sits 25 miles north of downtown San Diego and 28 miles northwest of San Diego State, Leonard’s alma mater.
