Kenny Anderson is a former NBA point guard, who played in the association from 1991-2005. Anderson wound up playing for nine different teams, with his best days coming as a member of the New Jersey Nets (1991-1996). In 1994, Anderson made his only All-Star appearance. For his career, the New York City native averaged 12.6 points and 6.1 assists per game.
Since retiring from basketball, Anderson has relocated to South Florida, where he received a degree in organizational leadership from St. Thomas University. The now 42-year-old recently coached one season of hoops at David Posnack Jewish Day School, in the Broward County city of Davie.
