Bazemore, an Old Dominion alum, went undrafted out of college, later signing with the Warriors. Now in his sixth NBA season, the Hawks represent the North Carolina’s native’s third team.

In 2017-2018, Bazemore is averaging 12.2 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.4 assists a game, for the 5-17 Hawks.

The now 28-year-old signed a brand new four-year/$70 million deal with Atlanta, back in 2016

In an additional surprising note, Bazemore and his alma mater (ODU) possess substantial contracts with Under Armour, thanks to Bazemore’s involvement in convincing his former teammate, and at the time rising star Steph Curry, to sign with the Baltimore based brand.

For a guy with career averages of just 7.7 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists per contest, Mr. Bazemore has certainly lived a pretty charmed NBA existence.
