Kevin Durant Looking To Unload His OKC House

Kevin Durant’s suburban OKC mansion Two years ago, iFolloSports.com reported on Kevin Durant placing his suburban Oklahoma City home on the market, in the wake of the Thunder superstar relocating to digs much closer to downtown OKC’s Chesapeake Energy Arena.  Well, almost exactly two years later, amazingly, Durant has yet to find a seller for his luxurious mansion. After originally asking for $1.95 million in 2013, Durant has now lowered the price to $1,095,000.

Here is the current listing for the five-bedroom, four-bathroom pad, which continues to feature a state-of-the-art kitchen, home theater, pool, hot tub and guesthouse.

The former Durant main residence sits 17 miles north of the Thunder’s home arena and 10 miles northwest of the team’s practice facility.
