Kevin Durant Scores A Stunning Southern California Beachfront Home (Photos)

Over the last couple months, Golden State Warriors superstar Kevin Durant has added three impressive trappings to his already stacked résumé of accomplishments.

In addition to winning both his second consecutive NBA title and NBA Finals MVP, Durant purchased a spectacular oceanfront offseason home, 400 miles south of his Bay Area residence, located in the Oakland Hills.

The nine-time All-Star is now the proud owner of a 5,136-square-foot beachfront property, set in the Point Dume section of the Los Angeles County seaside enclave of Malibu. 

The $12.05 million abode features four bedrooms, six bathrooms, an indoor/outdoor modern kitchen, large oceanfront deck with hot tub, fitness room, wine wall and media space.

Located just south of El Matador State Beach, the new Durant abode sits 25 miles northwest of downtown Santa Monica, 34 miles west of Beverly Hills and 38 miles west of downtown LA.
