The three-day event known as All-Star Weekend will take place in two different arenas, as Brooklyn's Barclays Center will be the site of Friday's BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge, Saturday's State Farm All-Star Saturday Night and all of the NBA D-League events of the weekend.

Friday's Sprint NBA All-Star Celebrity Game and Sunday's main event, the All-Star Game itself, will occur at “The World's Most Famous Arena.”

With festivities split between Manhattan and Brooklyn, the NBA has elected to hold a unique, dual location fan event called the NBA House presented by BBVA Compass. The gathering will feature appearances from current and former players, interactive experiences, hoops clinics, memorabilia, as well as an array of non-basketball entertainment.

The Manhattan branch of the NBA House (pictured upper right) can be found at the Skylight at Moynihan Station, located within the walls of the massive James A. Farley Post Office Building, immediately across 8th Avenue from MSG.

The Brooklyn version is being held at the Paramount Theatre, on the campus of LIU Brooklyn, 0.6 miles north of the Barclays Center.

The NBA headquarter hotel is the Sheraton New York Times Square, located at the intersection of 7th Avenue, between 52nd and 53rd Streets, in midtown Manhattan. Throughout the weekend, the Sheraton will be filled with current and former NBA personnel, members of the media and celebrities.

The Sheraton sits 18 blocks up 7th Avenue from MSG and 6 miles (via either the Manhattan or Brooklyn Bridge) from Barclays.

The Sheraton served as the media headquarter hotel for Super Bowl XLVIII.
