Marco Belinelli Signing Autographs Shortly After Becoming A Sixer (Photo)

Here is an original photo of 76ers guard Marco Belinelli signing autographs, courtesy of Lance Martinez from My Detroit Sports. The photo was gathered at Little Caesers Arena, the Red Wings and Pistons state-of-the-art venue.

Belinelli, a native of Italy, has been playing professionally since 2002 and in the NBA dating back to 2007, when he was a first round pick of the Warriors. Belinelli, who is known for his three-point shooting, was traded from the Hawks to the 76ers in February. Philly represents the 32-year-old’s ninth team.

The former Italian League champion’s NBA career highlights include winning the 2014 NBA championship with the Spurs, while also capturing the All-Star Three-Point Shootout, during the very same year.

Since Belinelli arrived in Philadelphia, he has posted a career high 13.6 points per game, courtesy of shooting 39 percent from behind the arc.

Belinelli has also been a key part of the 76ers postseason momentum, posting 15.7 points per night, while shooting 38 percent from downtown.
