The Illinois alum is now in his sixth NBA season, after the Blazers selected him with the 11th pick in the 2012 NBA Draft.
Leonard has played limited minutes this year (7.6), after averaging at least 15 minutes per game in four of his first five seasons.
Thus far in the 2017-18 campaign, the southern Illinois product is scoring 3.3 points and grabbing 2.0 rebounds a game, for the 44-26 Trail Blazers, who are in the midst of a 13-game winning streak.
Prior to the 2016-17 season, Meyers inked a four-year/$41 million contract extension, to stay in Portland.
