With the 2016 NBA Finals back in Cleveland for Game 6, the lead ABC play-by-play crew will once again provide commentary for Thursday’s game. With this in mind, here is an original photo of Mike Breen walking down a Cleveland street last week, prior to Game 4 of the series. The shot is provided by iFolloSports.com correspondent Lance Martinez.
The 55-year-old Breen is calling his 11th NBA Finals (most ever for a play-by-play commentator), after assuming the lead NBA announcing role for ABC/ESPN in 2006. When not broadcasting NBA basketball nationally, the New York City native announces Knicks games for the MSG Network.
Breen, a Fordham alum, currently resides in the Long Island city of Manhasset, 20 miles east of Madison Square Garden.
