Mike Brown's New LA Area Home Is 9,500 Square Feet!

New Los Angeles Lakers head coach Mike Brown must be very comfortable with his new job. Brown just purchased a 15-room, 9,500 square foot home in the Orange County city of Anaheim Hills. The mansion includes: a huge salt water swimming pool with grotto, lighted tennis court, massage room, tanning salon, 350 gallon aquarium, and a temperature-controlled fur closet.

Brown chose this location because his teenage sons will play basketball at high school powerhouse Mater Dei, in nearby Santa Ana. 

With traffic, Brown is facing commutes of up to 90 minutes to the Lakers' practice facility in El Segundo and to Staples Center in downtown LA. 

Perhaps, he can catch a ride via helicopter with fellow Orange County resident Kobe Bryant
