Now in his 11th season, Young was originally drafted by the 76ers with the 12th pick in the 2007 NBA Draft. The Georgia Tech alum spent the first seven years of his career in Philly, before getting traded to the Timberwolves, in the summer of 2014, as part of the Kevin Love for Andrew Wiggins blockbuster deal.

After then spending 1.5 seasons with the Nets, Young was traded to the Pacers last offseason. During his career, the now 29-year-old has averaged 13.5 points and 5.9 rebounds per game.

This campaign, Young is scoring 11.8 points and grabbing 5.8 rebounds for the 24-20 Pacers, which is good for sixth in the Eastern Conference.
