Nick Collison Is A Key Cog For OKC (Video)

Oklahoma City Thunder power forward Nick Collison started his NBA career with the old Seattle Sonics, before both he and the team relocated to Oklahoma City in 2008. Collison is an important piece to this season’s championship contending team, due to his physical play and tenacious defense.

Collison is probably best known for his days at Kansas, where he was a key contributor to back- to-back Final Four appearances in 2002 and 2003.

In ‘03, Kansas lost in the National Championship Game to Carmelo Anthony and Syracuse.

This ifollosports.com original video shows that Collison is still a popular player, as he signed autographs for fans outside of the Grand Hotel Minneapolis in downtown Minneapolis. This took place hours before the Thunders 104-100 victory over the Timberwolves, Monday night.
