Paul Pierce Signing Autographs (Videos)

Brooklyn Nets small forward Paul Pierce already finds himself in his 16th NBA season. Pierce, a Kansas alum, spent the first 15 years of his career with the Boston Celtics, where the 10-time All-Star helped guide the C's to the 2008 NBA championship, winning NBA Finals MVP in the process.

This résumé places the California native on the list of Boston's all-time greatest players.

With the Celtics on the decline, Pierce, Kevin Garnett  and Jason Terry were the key components of a huge trade with the Nets, last summer. The deal involved several players going north to Boston, along with future first round picks in 2014, 2016 and 2018.

This season, Pierce is averaging 13.5 points and 4.7 rebounds a game for the Nets, who are currently 27-29, sixth place in the Eastern Conference.

Recently, a Michigan based iFolloSports.com contributor captured the above original video of Pierce, signing autographs before the Nets played the Pistons at The Palace of Auburn Hills, outside Detroit. In the game that followed, Pierce totaled 4 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists, in the Nets 111-95 loss to the Pistons.
