Phil Jackson Adds Yet Another Spectacular Home To His Collection (Photos)
Five months after becoming president of the New York Knicks, hoops icon Phil Jackson may have just executed his most impressive acquisition to date.
The 13-time NBA champion (11 as a coach, 2 as a player) recently purchased a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom co-op, on West 57th Street in Manhattan. Located 23 blocks north of Madison Square Garden and 2 blocks south of Central Park, the 2,600-square-foot property sits within the walls of the historic Osborne building, which was originally constructed all the way back in 1883.
6sqft.com offers a detailed series of photos, as well as some additional bits of information, involving Jackson's $4.85 million transaction.
Upon joining the Knicks, the 68-year-old Hall of Famer inked a five-year/$60 million deal.
Jackson's NYC pad is the latest addition to his spectacular collection of homes. The former Bulls and Lakers coach also owns a beachfront abode, in the Los Angeles coastal community of Playa del Rey, as well as a palatial lakefront residence on Montana's Flathead Lake.
