Rudy Tomjanovich At West LA Macy's

Last Wednesday, former NBA player/Rockets and Lakers coach Rudy Tomjanovich was spotted at the Westfield Century City Centre Macy's, in the Century City area of Los Angeles. Tomjanovich played 11 years in the association, before embarking on a highly successful coaching career.

Rudy T coached the Rockets from 1991-2003, winning back-to-back NBA championships in 1994 and 1995. In addition, the five-time All-Star led Team USA to Gold in the 2000 Sydney Olympics.

More recently, between Phil Jackson's stints on the Lakers bench, Tomjanovich very briefly served as the Lakers head man (43 games), during the 2004-2005 season. He would abruptly step down due to health concerns. Tomjanovich has remained with the Lakers in a scouting capacity.

Last season, iFolloSports.com captured this original video of Tomjanovich arriving at Lakers owner Jerry Buss's memorial service.

As a result of Tomjanovich's two world titles and international success, the Michigan alum stands as one of the most respected coaches in the NBA, during the last 25 years.
