Russell Westbrook Is Great At Scoring Buckets and Selling Cars
Tuesday night, Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Russell Westbrook added yet another bullet to his MVP résumé, amid posting 58 points, in a 126-121 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers. Westbrook is now averaging 32.1 points, 10.0 assists and 10.5 rebounds per game this season, for the 35-29 Thunder, who currently reside in seventh place in the Western Conference standings.
Westbrook’s historic campaign also includes a whopping 30 Triple-Doubles. With 18 games left, the UCLA alum has a decent chance of catching Oscar Robertson’s record of 41, set all the way back in 1962.
While NBA fans around the world know how great of a basketball player Westbrook is, some do not realize that the man from Long Beach, California lives a life filled with far more than just hoops.
Last summer, Westbrook became the owner of Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Van Nuys. The dealership is located in the San Fernando Valley city of Van Nuys, California, in the northern part of Los Angeles.
Westbrook’s involvement with his dealership comprises of far more than just lending his name. The six-time All-Star has taken an active role in the company, including starring gigs in two television commercials promoting the store. Both efforts are available below.
