Stephen Curry: An MVP Of The People (Video)

Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry is the best basketball player in the world, at least at the moment. Coming off last season’s league MVP and NBA championship run, Curry is producing at an even higher clip during the current campaign, leading the NBA with a 30.3 points per game average (7 points greater than last year’s output). In addition to putting the ball through the basket, the 27-year-old is averaging 6.5 assists, 5.3 rebounds and 2.1 steals per contest.

Monday, in GSW’s 120-90 thrashing of the San Antonio Spurs, Curry went for 37 points, 3 assists, 2 rebounds and 5 steals, in just 28 minutes of action. Unbelievable!

While the 3-time All-Star’s play on the court continues to be out of this world, his dealings with fans remain as classy as ever.

Above is original video of Curry signing a crazy amount of autographs, during his team’s recent visit to Detroit.  The footage is provided by Michigan based correspondent Lance Martinez.

When the Warriors stopped through The Palace of Auburn Hills last season, Curry’s generosity to the fans was also on full display.

Whether its signing a photo, interacting with fans before and after shootaround, or when leaving the hotel for the game, the reigning MVP continues to shine incredibly bright.

As Curry moves ever closer to yet another dual MVP and championship ring season, there appears little doubt that the Davidson alum will conduct his business the way he always has. All business on the court, while not forgetting where his bread is buttered off the hardwood.
