2017 Final Four Stadium, Team, NCAA and Fan Hot Spots In Phoenix

This weekend, the men’s college basketball world descends on the Phoenix area for the 2017 Final Four. This marks the very first time that the mega event will be held in the state of Arizona. The two main Final Four geographies of activity will occur in the western valley city of Glendale, along with that of downtown Phoenix. When the games are not talking place, downtown Phoenix will definitely be the place to be.

Below is a detailed look at the logistical setup of the 2017 Men’s Final Four.

Stadium

Saturday’s two semifinal games and Monday’s title game will be played at University of Phoenix Stadium, located in Glendale, Arizona. The 10-year-old structure, which sits 17 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix, is the home venue of the Arizona Cardinals.

The facility sits adjacent to the Westgate Entertainment Center, which includes the Gila River Arena (home of the Arizona Coyotes), as well as a bevy of shopping, dining and entertainment options.

ESPN will be broadcasting from the Westgate Entertainment Center throughout the weekend.
