Craft, Thomas, Matta & The Buckeyes Spotted At LA Hotel (Videos)

Thursday night, the second seeded Ohio State Buckeyes defeated the six seeded Arizona Wildcats, 73-70, after LaQuinton Ross nailed a go-ahead three-pointer, with two seconds remaining in regulation. Thad Matta's squad now finds itself one game away from advancing to the Final Four in Atlanta.

During the Buckeyes' appearance in the NCAA West Regional at Los Angeles, the team's base of operation is the Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites, located in downtown LA, seven blocks north of Staples Center.

Below is original video of the Big Ten power boarding their charter bus, roughly two hours prior to tipoff.

The first clip shows many members of the Ohio State roster, including star point guard Aaron Craft and forward Deshaun Thomas, the Big Ten's leading scorer.

The second clip displays head coach Thad Matta (led Buckeyes to two Final Fours) exiting the hotel, after most of his players had already found a seat on the bus.

Matta was also spotted having lunch at the Bonaventure Brewing Company (located on hotel's fourth floor), earlier in the day. The coach was seated outdoors, enjoying the balmy LA weather with a group of family and friends.

As a result of Thursday's triumph, The Ohio State University is guaranteed an additional couple days of lodging at the 35-story, 37-year-old hotel.
