Hoosiers Entering Arena Before Upset Loss (Video)

Tuesday night, the now 19-9 Minnesota Golden Gophers hosted the nation's number one ranked team; the heavily favored (now 24-4) Indiana Hoosiers, at Williams Arena in Minneapolis. These teams entered the Big Ten battle headed in opposite directions. The Hoosiers were red hot, winning 9 of their last 10, while the Gophers had lost 8 of their previous 11.

Per the above iFolloSports.com original video, check out the Hoosiers exiting their team charter bus and entering the arena, roughly 90 minutes before tipoff. The video includes a look at star center Cody Zeller, star guard Victor Oladipo, as well as a very focused head coach Tom Crean (seen at the end of the clip).

Coach Crean is famously the brother-in-law of Super Bowl XLVII coaches Jim Harbaugh and John Harbaugh.

To many people's surprise, the unranked Gophers shocked the Hoosiers with a 77-73 victory. This was the first time since 1989 that Minnesota defeated a top ranked team in a game. In addition, Tuesday marked the third time this season that Indiana lost a contest, when positioned as the nation's very top program.

The Gophers win almost certainly assures them an NCAA tournament bid, while also potentially saving coach Tubby Smith's job.

For the Hoosiers, barring a late season collapse, the club should still be a number one seed in the field of 68, during the upcoming NCAA Tournament.
