Former Alabama RB Mark Ingram and former Auburn QB Cam Newton are the previous two Heisman winners and we think that for the third straight year, the winner will come from the "Heart of Dixie" state.  

Trent Richardson is the Alabama tailback whose team has a good chance of going 13-0 this season.  A breakout year by Richardson will earn him plenty of votes leading into the December award presentation.
