Tony Romo Original VideosTuesday, longtime Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo officially retired from the NFL. Post retirement, Romo is immediately joining CBS Sports, where he will work as the lead color commentator for the network’s broadcasting of games, alongside lead play-by-play man Jim Nantz. Phil Simms, Nantz’s broadcast partner of 20 years, will no longer be a part of CBS’s top team.

The 36-year-old Romo spent 13 seasons on the Cowboys active roster, nine of which as the franchise’s starting QB. The Wisconsin product and Eastern Illinois alum retires as Dallas’ career leader in passing TD’s and passing yards. During his days in Big D, Romo was selected to four Pro Bowls.

Over the years, has provided a variety of original up close looks at the star QB, either interacting with fans or honing his craft. Below is a sampling of these efforts.
