Brad Pitt Joins In The Chiefs AFC Championship Celebration | Video
In the hours after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Tennessee Titans 35-24, clinching the franchise’s first Super Bowl appearance since January of 1970, a slew of fans throughout Missouri, Kansas and the rest of the country rejoiced in unabashed celebration.
One very famous person who chose to partake in the excitement was a Springfield, Missouri product named Brad Pitt.
Despite being born in the nearby state of Oklahoma, the Hollywood superstar spent most of his childhood in Springfield, before attending but not graduating from the University of Missouri.
The below video showcases the entertainment icon catching and then adorning a Chiefs hat, while making his way into the Screen Actors Guild Awards, which was held Sunday night at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
For those keeping score, the 56-year-old actor was a mere six-years-old when the Chiefs knocked off the Vikings in Super Bowl VI.
