Calais Campbell Leading The Jaguars On The Field and In The Locker-room (Video)

Calais Campbell Firing Up Teammates One of the undisputed biggest surprises of the NFL season has been the play of the upstart Jacksonville Jaguars, specifically that of the team’s robust defense. In fact, the Jacksonville defense finished second in the NFL and first in the AFC in both points and yards allowed. Only the Vikings rank higher in both of these categories.

A high level of credit for the Jags’ stellar D belongs to that of three-time Pro Bowl selection Calais Campbell. During the offseason, the 31-year-old Miami (FL) alum signed a four-year/$60 million deal with Jacksonville, after spending his first nine seasons with the Arizona Cardinals.

During his first regular season in North Florida, Campbell tallied 14.5 sacks (tied for second in the NFL) and 60 combined tackles.

Below is a look at Campbell leading his teammates out of the EverBank Field locker-room on Sunday, followed by a look at the leader of the Jags defense firing up his teammates, just before the team took the field.

Amid their 10-3 win over the Bills, the Jaguars take on the Steelers, Sunday at 1:05 ET, in Pittsburgh.
