Cam Newton & Michael Jordan Living In The Same House?

Cam Newton's $1.6 million Charlotte condoAmazingly, Panthers superstar QB Cam Newton just so happens to be neighbors with none other than Bobcats owner/American sports icon Michael Jordan.

Remarkably, Newton and Jordan each own property in Uptown Charlotte's upscale Trust Building, located less than one mile from both Bank of America Stadium and the Time Warner Cable Arena. The seven-story, seven-unit building includes 24-hour security and a swanky rooftop pool.

For those keeping score, the greatest player ever to lace up a pair of basketball sneakers calls the top floor of the building his home court.

Newton's 3,200-square-foot abode (pictured via this link) comes equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, multiple living rooms, a modern kitchen, wine vault and massive walk in closet. The former Heisman Trophy winner bought the condo for $1.6 million in 2012.

With both the Panthers' and Bobcats' practice facilities and administrative offices being housed at the respective franchises' game venues, the young QB and hoops legend possess an extremely easy commute to their Uptown Charlotte places of business. Though Newton appears to be much more of a fixture with the Panthers, than Jordan's sometimes publicly absent association with the Bobcats.
