Amid the NFL declaring Stan Kroenke and the Rams the undisputed winner of the NFL to LA sweepstakes, San Diego Chargers owner Dean Spanos now has to judiciously decide if he wants to go partners with Kroenke in the Inglewood Stadium, become a Kroenke tenant in Inglewood, or reengage with San Diego civic leaders in an effort to build a new facility in the franchise’s longtime home city.
