Thursday night, to the surprise of some, the Cleveland Browns rolled the dice and drafted Heisman Trophy winner Baker Mayfield, with the first pick in the NFL Draft.

Despite rumors of everyone from Saquon Barkley, to Sam Darnold, to Josh Allen heading to the shores of Lake Erie, Mayfield made a late surge up the draft board, culminating in his first overall selection.

iFolloSports.com got an up close look at Mayfield, in the days leading up to Oklahoma’s gut-wrenching 54-48 overtime loss to Georgia, in the CFP semifinal game at the Rose Bowl.
