Eagles Vs. Ravens Carries QB & Geographical Significance

Sunday afternoon, the 1-0 Philadelphia Eagles host the 1-0 Baltimore Ravens, marking the first time Michael Vick and Joe Flacco will have ever faced each other as professionals.
Last week, Vick and the Eagles struggled to beat the Browns 17-16, in a contest where they did not look good as a team. The Ravens, on the other hand, looked very impressive, defeating the Bengals 44-13, on Monday night.
The matchup of the Eagles high powered offense, against the Ravens stout defense, should be fun to watch. Also, since Philly and Baltimore are only separated by 100 miles, each team's rabid fan-base will be extra amped, even though the game is an early season battle of NFC East and AFC Central franchises.
