Highlights Of LaMarr Woodley's Bowl-A-Thon (Video)
LaMarr Woodley is an OLB for the Oakland Raiders. Woodley played his first seven seasons with the Steelers, before signing with the Raiders this offseason. In Woodley's time with Pittsburgh, the Michigan alum made one Pro Bowl appearance, while also serving as a key member of the team's Super Bowl XLIII victory.
Woodley, a Saginaw, Michigan native, recently held a Celebrity Bowl-A-Thon at Stardust Lanes in Saginaw. Our Michigan based iFolloSports.com contributor Lance Martinez captured the above original video mix of the party.
The event featured many Michigan born athletes, including Jimmy King of Fab Five fame, Michigan State national championship point guard Mateen Cleaves and former Spartan/current Warriors forward Draymond Green.
The gala was thrown on behalf of the LaMarr Woodley Foundation, a non-profit organization with the mission of providing undeserved and underprivileged kids and adults opportunities to overcome their situations. The bowling event followed a charity golf outing hosted by the foundation.
