JPP Places His New Jersey Home On The Market (Photos)
Back in March, two-time Pro Bowl defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul was traded from the New York Giants to his home state Tampa Bay Buccaneers, after spending the first eight seasons of his career in the Big Apple.
In the wake of the transaction, the man known as JPP has placed his northern New Jersey house on the market for $1.25 million, less than a year after purchasing the property for $1 million.
Located in Montclair, New Jersey, the Jason Pierre-Paul house sits 10 miles west of MetLife Stadium and the neighboring Quest Diagnostics Training Center (Giants practice facility), while resting 15 miles west of New York City and one mile northeast of Montclair’s downtown area.
The 4,300-square-foot pad features 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen with island, hardwood floors, a stone patio and separated three-car garage.
Below and in the upper right is a photographical tour of the available JPP abode.
