Amid the recent dismissal of head coach Jeff Fisher, the Los Angeles Rams are suddenly on the prowl for a new sideline boss. The lure of the LA market and the presence of a potential long-term QB in Jared Goff make this opening quite appealing to many throughout the football world.
Coming off Thursday night’s 24-3 blowout loss to the Seahawks, the continually underachieving Rams now stand at a dismal 4-10, in what has turned out to be a disappointing first season back in Southern California.
Dating back to their St. Louis days, the Rams franchise has not reached the postseason since 2004, while not finishing above .500 since 2003.
