A Look At Peyton Manning's New Denver Digs (Photos

Peyton Manning Cherry Hills Village homeIn what turned out to be the biggest story of the NFL offseason, first ballot Hall of Fame QB Peyton Manning relocated his right arm from the prairies of Indiana to the mountains of Colorado. After 14 seasons with the Colts (missed all of 2011 with neck injury), the first overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft will now be throwing passes for the Denver Broncos.

Upon signing a five-year/$96 million contract with the Broncos, Manning's next order of business was to find a Denver-area residence to “hang his helmet.”

The four-time MVP elected to purchase a $4,575,000 gated property (off Colorado Blvd), in the Denver suburb of Cherry Hills Village. The ritzy enclave, located nine miles south of downtown Denver, is also home to Broncos legend/current team VP of football operations John Elway and former Broncos coach/current Redskins coach Mike Shanahan.

Situated on 3.37 acres of Colorado landscape, Manning's 16,464-square-foot palace comes equipped with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms (seven full) and a seven-car garage.

Other distinct features include a billiard room with full bar, wine cellar, media room, exercise room, panic room, two offices and an elevator.

Here is a detailed pictorial of the mansion's many indoor and outdoor features.

In case you were wondering, Manning's mortgage payment is projected to be in the neighborhood of $17,000 per month, with a yearly tax expenditure of approximately $43,000.

When factoring in an estimated net worth of $115 million, not including the $18 million in guaranteed money he will receive from Denver this season, the former Super Bowl MVP should have no problem making ends meet.

Manning's commute to Broncos headquarters at Dove Valley involves a 10-mile trip south (mostly on I-25), with his drive to Sports Authority Field (Broncos home stadium) measuring 11 miles north on the very same I-25.

While only time will tell if Peyton Manning's Denver existence matches the level of success and productivity put forth in Indy, one thing is certain, the 11-time Pro Bowler's stay in Colorado will be nothing less than extremely comfortable.
