Ngata, Quin, Abdullah and Slay Signing At Lions Training Camp (Photos)

Last season, the Detroit Lions finished 9-7, good for second place in the NFC North. The franchise was then blown out in the Wild Card round, courtesy of a Seahawks 26-6 drubbing.

Amid signing QB Matthew Stafford to a whopping five-year/$135 million contract ($92 million guaranteed), the Lions are hoping to build on a stretch of seasons where the team has made the playoffs in two of the last three years.

Recently, Lance Martinez from My Detroit Sports stopped through Lions training camp, at the club’s Allen Park, Michigan headquarters, nine miles west of Ford Field.

Below are a series of original photos, chronicling some prominent Lions players signing autographs after practice.

Five-time Pro Bowler Haloti Ngata enters 2017 with a career total of 491 tackles and 29.5 sacks.
