The Patriots Touch Down In Minnesota and Arrive At Nearby Hotel (Video)
One day after the Philadelphia Eagles arrived in Minnesota, for Super Bowl LII, the AFC champion Patriots found their way to the Twin Cities, after partaking in a 2:45 flight from Providence, Rhode Island’s T.F Green Airport.
Despite sitting five miles further away from Gillette Stadium, than Boston’s Logan Airport, the Pats often make the 33-mile trip to the Warwick (RI) airfield, because traveling through Providence traffic is a vastly easier task than traversing notoriously rough downtown Boston gridlock.
Here is video of the custom Patriots jet parking in a hanger at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The clip then showcases Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowksi and company exiting the plane, followed by a look at the five-time champs arriving at the JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America.
Tuesday, the Patriots will meet the media at the hotel, from 11:00 through 11:50, leading up to their eight-mile jaunt to the Vikings practice facility in nearby Eden Prairie (MN).
The defending champs will meet the media at 4:00, on both Tuesday and Wednesday.
