Romo Looks On As Cowboys Hit The Field In Oxnard (Videos)
The Dallas Cowboys on field portion of Tuesday's training camp, at the Residence Inn Oxnard River Ridge, involved every big name member of the team, except for the man at the top of the food chain. Starting QB Tony Romo spent the day as an observer, wearing his jersey, with shorts and no pads of any kind.
The team worked out for roughly 90 minutes.
Below is iFolloSports.com original video of the QB conversing with defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli.
With Romo noticeably absent from the festivities, the Cowboys executed a series of 11 on 11 drills, during much of the session. Below is original video of a running play, followed by a passing exercise.
In addition, the offensive line took part in drills, under the supervision of offensive coordinator/offensive line coach Bill Callahan.
Players also participated in a ball possession drill.
Towards the end of practice, star WR Dez Bryant headed for the sidelines, to take in the action.
