In the aftermath of the NFL voting to allow the Rams to relocate back to Los Angeles, the now former home of the team (St. Louis) has been left both disappointed and bitter. Years of silence from Rams owner/Missouri native Stan Kroenke, coupled with the league’s complete repudiation of what was believed to be a good faith new stadium offer, has turned many St. Louis civic leaders, fans and media away from the idea of working with the NFL to return a team to the Gateway City in the future.
