Terence Newman Signing Autographs During Radio Appearance (Video)
Above is iFolloSports.com original video of Vikings cornerback Terence Newman signing autographs, during a guest appearance on the weekly radio show “Vikings Country”, which airs each Thursday during the NFL season. Newman signed autographs in between interview segments.
“Vikings Country” rotates between different restaurants around the Twin Cities each week, with Newman serving as one of four Vikings players slated for regular show appearances. This week’s broadcast took place at The Lookout Bar & Grill, in the Twin Cities suburb of Maple Grove, Minnesota.
Newman is without question one of coach Mike Zimmer's favorite defensive guys, considering that the pair has been together during stints with the Cowboys, Bengals and now Vikings. Newman is playing in his 14th professional season.
At age 38, the Kansas State alum is the oldest starting cornerback in the league and is still performing at a high level. To this point in his career, Newman has 40 career interceptions and 3 interceptions for touchdown. He has helped the injury riddled Vikings to a 2-0 start, amid contributing to the fifth best defense in the NFL, thus far in 2016.
Here is another iFolloSports.com original video of Newman signing, after an appearance on the same show last season, just a few days before the team’s Wild Card Game loss to the Seahawks.
