Tony Romo Preparing For The 2012 Season (Video)
Remarkably, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is entering his seventh season at the helm of “America's Team.” The undrafted free agent has produced stellar numbers during that period, but for a franchise whose history includes five Super Bowl victories, Romo's one career postseason win stands as the most glaring aspect of his resume.
The three-time Pro Bowl selection (2006, 2007, 2009) has passed for more than 4,000 yards, in three different seasons, while throwing at least 26 TD's, during four of his years in Dallas.
The unfortunate reality for any Cowboy QB involves the constant comparisons to names like Troy Aikman, Roger Staubach and even Don Meredith. So, while Romo may very well put up big numbers once again this season, missing the playoffs for the third straight year would be nothing less than a disaster in Big D.
Number nine has a whole lot riding on 2012.
In preparation for this upcoming campaign, Romo and his Cowboy teammates have been conducting training camp in Oxnard, California, 60 miles northwest of Los Angeles.
Above is iFolloSports.com original video of Romo conducting a running game drill with his offensive line mates, as well as Dallas running back DeMarco Murray. This footage was captured last Thursday afternoon.
To no one's surprise, Romo was by far the biggest draw of the entire camp.
