The Caps Celebrate Their Cup Victory Vegas Style (Video)

Capitals Las Vegas Stanley Cup CelebrationThursday night, the Washington Capitals won their first-ever Stanley Cup, after defeating the Vegas Golden Knights 4-3, capturing the series 4-1.

Shortly after receiving Lord Stanley’s Cup, the celebration was on.

The first stop was the T-Mobile Arena visiting dressing room, with the players dousing beer on each other, with the cup serving as the centerpiece of the festivities.

Upon departing the Golden Knights home venue, the new champs arrived back to the Mandarin Oriental hotel (one block north of T-Mobile), the franchise’s lodging spot during the Vegas portion of the final. During their stop through, the team met up with family and friends, while enjoying an ownership provided buffet.

Just before 1AM, the players boarded buses and headed down the street to the MGM Grand for a three-hour bash at Hakkasan nightclub, with world famous DJ Tiesto spinning the music.

The Caps organization spent around $100,000 at Hakkasan.
