Edmonton Oilers Morning Skate At Toyota Sports CenterThe Edmonton Oilers spent Monday through Friday of this week in Southern California, amid games with the Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday (4-1loss) and Los Angeles Kings on Thursday (4-2 loss). During the LA portion of the festivities, the Oilers stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina Del Rey, located 14 miles southwest of Staples Center.

In light of the Oilers staying in coastal LA County, the team held both its Thursday morning skate and Friday afternoon practice at the Toyota Sports Center, the Kings’ El Segundo (CA) practice facility. The TSC sits six miles south of the Ritz-Carlton.

After Friday’s practice, the Oilers traveled two miles north to Los Angeles International Airport, boarding a plane for Saturday night’s game at Dallas.
