An Up Close Look At Kings Marian Gaborik Coming Back From Injury (Video)

Above is original video of Los Angeles Kings right wing Marian Gaborik conducting post-practice drills, a few minutes after LA’s full team practice had wrapped up at the Toyota Sports Center, the club’s El Segundo, California training venue.

The 34-year-old Czech has only participated in 3 games this season, after missing a month, due to a foot injury. Gaborik returned to action on Thursday night, tallying an assist in LA’s 4-3 win over the Coyotes.

Gaborik is skating in his 16th NHL season, during a career that has included stops with the Wild, Rangers, Blue Jackets and Kings. The 3-time All-Star arrived in LA in 2014, via a trade with Columbus. During the Kings' ’14 Stanley Cup run, Gaborik netted a whopping 14 postseason goals.

The following offseason, Gaborik and the Kings agreed to a 7-year/$34 million extension.

For his long and distinguished career, Gaborik has totaled 386 goals and 389 assists.
