Inside Look At The Golden Knights Conference Title Celebration (Video)

Adding yet another unfathomable chapter to their improbable first season as an NHL franchise, the Vegas Golden Knights clinched the Western Conference title on Sunday, after defeating the Winnipeg Jets 2-1, in the deciding fifth game of the best-of-7 series.

Vegas now awaits the winner of the Lightning versus Capitals Eastern Conference matchup, with Tampa Bay leading the series 3-2. 

The victor will battle the Knights in the 2018 Stanley Cup Finals.
