Below is an inside look at the Rangers extended trip to the Tampa Bay area.

Tuesday afternoon, the Rangers arrived at The Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club, located in downtown St. Petersburg. The venerable hotel sits 23 miles across Tampa Bay from Amalie Arena, the Lightning's downtown Tampa home rink.

Upon checking into the hotel, a select group of Rangers personnel met with the media, per the team's Twitter handle.

Wednesday, NY conducted their morning skate on the Amalie Arena ice, with photos provided by blueshirtsunited.com.

Thursday, amid an off day, only injured players and those at the bottom of the depth chart skated at the arena.

Also on Thursday, a media availability took place at the Vinoy Renaissance, with video present on the Rangers official website.

Thursday night, the team attended a private screening of “Entourage” in St. Petersburg.
